World's highest efficiency combined with minimal pressure loss

At the end of 2017, in order to live up to our claim of global technological leadership, we presented the latest development in our heat storing mass. The in-house development is based on a combination of almost 40 years of experience, simulation models and measurements.

"As a result, we have significantly changed the wave geometry, resulting in significantly higher heat recovery efficiency combined with lower pressure loss. This not only fulfils the ErP 2018 directive, but also enables us to significantly exceed it," says Peter Bräutigam, Head of Research and Development.

Since the end of 2017, our Rotor 5.0 has been available in wave heights 1.4 mm, 1.6 mm, 1.8 mm and 2.0 mm. This new development is used in our entire product portfolio of condensation, enthalpy, epoxy and sorption rotors.
